Shipping and Delivery Status

How will I know whether my order has been shipped?
When you place an order on, we'll send you an email confirmation to let you know when it's been shipped and is headed on its way to you.

Normally when you order 1pc of our poducts, we will ship within 3-5days; if more than 1pc, we will ship within 2weeks.

How can I check on my order's delivery status?
We will send you tracking number after the goods were shipped, normally our standard shipper are from DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, it is more faster and safer than other ways.

What is your delivery policy?
An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed. These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability

Taxes & Duties
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
